AT A GLANCE
The
fee for additional guests in a room is $25 per person,
per night.
Rates are subject to a 9.7% Room Tax.
Weekly rental of the Cottages includes housekeeping
once midweek.
Minimum stays apply to Summer and Holiday visits.
Deposits: One night reservations and weekly Cottage
reservations will be paid in full in advance. Reservations
of two or more nights require a 50% deposit. Deposits
will be credited to the last nights of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Please provide 15 days’ advance
notice (30 days for peak periods) of cancellation for
refund of deposit. If less than 15/30 days’ notice
is provided, your deposit will be refunded only to the
extent your room is re-rented. All refunds are subject
to a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the entire reservation.
Delayed arrivals and premature departures require full
payment for all the reserved nights.
Visa
and Mastercard are accepted.
The Inn at Richmond is a non-smoking Inn.
Although the inn is not appropriate for children under
10, cottages welcome children of all ages.
One of our cottages is pet friendly. Additional cost
quoted at time of booking.
